Our on-campus recruiting process gives you an opportunity to learn more about Pace Harmon, the work we do, and our practitioners.
The recruiting process gives us a chance to learn more about your background, your interest in consulting and, more specifically, why a career at Pace Harmon is a good first step for you.
Employer Information Sessions
In the early fall, we will conduct Employer Information Sessions at each of the schools. The goal of these sessions is to provide information about the firm, answer any questions about the firm and the recruiting process and get to know candidates on a more personal level.
First Round On-Campus Interviews
Pace Harmon conducts first and second round interviews on campus, usually on successive days. In the first round, analyst candidates will have one-on-one interviews with two of our senior consultants. We are looking to understand your academic background, leadership experience, and analytical thinking. Typically, at least one business case is presented in this round.
Second Round Interviews
In second round interviews, candidates again meet with two consultants for one-on-one interviews. We want to get to know you even more and better understand your analytical skills and background. A candidate should expect a longer business case during this round.
Day in the Office
After offers have been extended, we want to give our recruits a chance to get to know our people, our culture, and the kind of work they can expect to do as a Pace Harmon analyst. Our Day in the Office event allows those with offers to meet practitioners at all levels and better understand the unique opportunities presented by starting a career at Pace Harmon.
