Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"The level of involvement among the firm’s senior leadership throughout the entire recruitment process caught my attention and showed me how tightly knit the Pace Harmon community is. Though a small firm, most of Pace Harmon’s projects are for Fortune 500 clients, which allows Analysts to combine the benefit of doing impactful work for large companies with the significant ownership and responsibilities that come with a small firm environment. This especially appealed to me as someone who wanted to work on large-scale projects but in a fast paced environment.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“My favorite part about Pace Harmon is the amount of responsibility given to Analysts. Despite being in a junior role, I have earned the opportunity to own client deliverables as well as present directly to senior leadership. This level of responsibility at such an early stage in my career has helped accelerate my professional maturity. I also value the eagerness of the whole Pace Harmon community to help and provide guidance throughout a project."

The Kind of Work I Do

"Most of my client work has been focused on IT sourcing engagements. Though activities vary significantly throughout the different phases of the project, I have helped interview executives, compile data, develop contract documents, build financial models, and facilitate solution sessions. In all the projects I have been involved in, I have collaborated with many stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and IT teams. Outside of client engagements, I enjoy supporting recruitment and participating in the Women’s Initiative Network."
