Why I Joined Pace Harmon
"I joined Pace Harmon because I was looking for a company that would support my career development goals and provide me with opportunities to grow and contribute every day. I wanted to be challenged on a daily basis with complex problems and to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.”
What I Like About Pace Harmon
“Pace Harmon has more than fulfilled my initial expectations. While we are a recognized leader in sourcing advisory services and support brand name clients as they navigate over $100 million in transactions, the firm is small enough that I am able to have personal interactions with virtually all of our practitioners. Pace Harmon is an ideal size. I have excellent access to firm leadership, and the personal nature of the firm makes it an exceptional place to build a career."
About My Colleagues
"I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such a talented group of colleagues. Much of my personal growth and professional development stems from the outstanding group of people that I get to work with at every level in the firm. In addition, Pace Harmon represents a collection of experienced professionals from many different backgrounds, and that provides me with a balanced, pragmatic perspective that seems very unique in the consulting industry. My access to industry experts has given me unique learning opportunities as well as meaningful insights on each and every project that I have supported."
