Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"For me, the two major components of any job are enjoying the people I work with and knowing that I am learning quickly. While recruiting, I wanted to join a smaller company because direct interaction with senior leadership provides numerous learning opportunities. Pace Harmon was a clear outlier. The consultants are intellectually curious, open-minded, and humble, creating a perfect learning environment among smart, high-quality individuals.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“The senior leadership at Pace Harmon is truly invested in your learning and success as an individual. We are lucky to have leaders who will take time away from their work at a moment’s notice to develop a relationship with you or teach you about a niche topic. The encouragement we receive almost daily from senior leadership helps everyone stay dedicated to learning about specialized fields. When leaders take time to recognize your unique skills and abilities, it gives you the potential to grow at your fastest pace and in your own way."

The Kind of Work I Do

"Since joining Pace Harmon, my work has focused on delivering cost savings to clients within telecommunications services through audits, identification of optimization opportunities, and assisting with contract renegotiation. The work itself changes daily. A major component of this job is knowing how to be flexible and quickly adapt to a changing environment, while structuring chaotic issues and continuing to deliver on your project. Whether performing an ad-hoc analysis or structuring a deck for you and your manager to effectively present a solution, there are always unique activities where you can learn new skills and contribute to your own growth."
