Why I Joined Pace Harmon

“I joined Pace Harmon to gain experience and expertise in a wide variety of industries and projects to help figure out what I do and do not like to work on. Pace Harmon places a lot of trust in their analysts, which helps expose us to things you would not get to do at a junior level at other firms.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“Being a smaller firm, the flat structure at Pace Harmon gives analysts a lot of exposure to learn from senior leadership and subject matter experts. Everyone I have worked with at the firm has been supportive and truly wants to help me grow. Pace Harmon plays in a niche space, which makes it interesting to see the variety of projects we work on.”

The Kind of Work I Do

“I have worked on a few projects focused in the telecommunications space. In my most recent engagement, I helped managed a divestiture by building and managing a telecommunications inventory to transfer the necessary services to a company who acquired a large piece of their business. Primarily my day is spent analyzing data in excel or creating client deliverables in PowerPoint.”
