Why I Joined Pace Harmon

“The small size of Pace Harmon drew me to the firm for the opportunities that I would have to directly interact with clients, work alongside talented and passionate peers, and gain unparalleled experience in the consulting industry. I was looking for a role where I would work at a fast pace and be client-facing from Day 1. Pace Harmon challenges me to learn new skills with each new project.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“Leaders at Pace Harmon give me the opportunity to see the big picture of each project I work on, without getting lost in the weeds. I work on analyzing large data sets and creating final client deliverables, but I am also present in client meetings and encouraged to provide my opinion on all of the work we do."

The Kind of Work I Do

“Due to the small size of project teams, I have had the opportunity to be involved in many stages of the work. In my current project, I am analyzing IT expenses for a medical technology firm. By creating a benchmark with a database of vendor rates, I am identifying cost reduction initiatives for the client. In addition, I am creating a sustainable supplier categorization system to provide holistic spend visibility across departments.”
