Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"As a rising senior in college, I had many interests pulling me in different directions – business analytics, software testing, human resources, nonprofit work. I realized that consulting was the best way to provide broad exposure to different industries and business functions while also constantly challenging me to grow my technical and professional skills. Pace Harmon appeared to be a natural fit over other firms as it provides analysts the opportunity to play larger roles on client engagements and focus on work that matters.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“As a small firm, Pace Harmon requires that each of us shows up with our best. Not only do I have a lot of responsibility in my client work, but I also get to tackle internal projects, like recruiting and training. Furthermore, instead of being micro-managed, I feel like my managers have provided me the independence to work and create deliverables in my own style, which enables me to feel like a true team member."

The Kind of Work I Do

"As an analyst, I have performed a variety of activities across different projects. These include project management support, financial model development, RFP creation, workshop facilitation, contract review and revision, vendor and client research, and PowerPoint wizardry to communicate all of this work. In my most recent engagement, I developed a financial model for $40 million/year in outsourced services, created workshop materials for finance operations stakeholders, and managed day-to-day questions and requests from the client. Outside of client work, I enjoy participating in campus recruiting and training activities."
