Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"I joined Pace Harmon for the opportunity to make an impact on achieving an organization’s most important goals, solve challenging problems, learn to deal with continuously changing and ambiguous environments, and work with high-caliber colleagues."

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“Since I joined, Pace Harmon has exceeded my expectations, as I have been involved in developing and implementing strategies that achieve both contractual and operational improvements. I also enjoy having access to senior leadership. The project leaders whom I have worked for have contributed significantly to the development of my technical and communication skills (oral and written)."

The Kind of Work I Do

"On assessment projects, I have analyzed client data to identify trends such as root cause; developed complex financial models; generated comprehensive inventories; examined agreements to identify areas of strength, areas on par with market, and areas of opportunity; and assisted with developing a roadmap to align the client’s agreement to industry norms and achieve recommendations for improvement. I have also helped develop key internal benchmark databases for software, telecom and infrastructure services."
