Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"Pace Harmon is a company that values its consultants and provides opportunities for us to excel and learn regardless of experience level. Its smaller size means I am able to take ownership of projects and interact directly with the client even as an entry-level practitioner. It also provides a conducive environment for me to continually learn on the job, while allowing me to generate considerable impact at both the client and at Pace Harmon.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“What I like most about Pace Harmon is the people that I work with on a daily basis. Every person here is smart and passionate about what they do, so there is always something for me to learn from my coworkers. I have many opportunities to work with seasoned consultants who are experts in their fields, and they are more than happy to share their experience, provide content expertise and offer advice as a mentor. I really appreciate the fact that my coworkers are not only helping me grow my career, but are also consistently looking to grow me as a person."

The Kind of Work I Do

"My work involves managing a large Data Center transformation program that spans over 10 projects, including a buildout of a hybrid cloud environment. I am delivering value to the client and to Pace Harmon by gaining subject matter expertise around Cloud and Data Center technology, while performing quantitative and qualitative analysis in sourcing and implementation of projects. I am also creating strategy and working with both the client and supplier organizations across IT, finance, and project management. Outside of client engagements, I enjoy helping with recruiting and training activities, Women’s Initiative Network and administration of the website."
