At Pace Harmon, Krishan has supported vendor management and IT outsourcing engagements for insurance, agribusiness, and CPG companies. Krishan enjoys spending his free time exploring new places with friends, watching or playing sports – mainly basketball or football – and keeping up with current affairs.

Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"I joined Pace Harmon because I believe strongly in the future of the company and industry. Because of the growing demand for our services, an analyst is thrown right into the ring. Almost immediately, Pace Harmon provided me with incredible exposure and experience with senior level executives and industry experts. I think it is an incredible opportunity to learn and have a tangible impact right out of college.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“I really appreciate the relative small size of Pace Harmon. There is a sense of community within our offices that I think is lost in larger firms. Within my first year, I have interacted or worked with nearly half the firm! I also really enjoy our Alternative Travel policy, which allows practitioners to travel elsewhere than their home office on Friday and the weekends. Finally, I like knowing that I have the ability to influence the shape and future of the company."

The Kind of Work I Do

"The type of work I do really depends on the project I am on. Thus far, I have built client deliverables (which can range from a presentation to enterprise-level manuals), facilitated workshops, conducted client interviews, performed qualitative and quantitative analyses, and much more. Different projects will expose you to different industries and experiences. It’s a great opportunity to add a variety of skills to your toolset! Aside from project work, I aid with recruitment, plan social activities for the San Francisco office, and assist with other practice operations such as proposal development."
