Why I Joined Pace Harmon
"I was drawn to Pace Harmon by the people. Every individual I met throughout the recruiting process – from the analysts to the partners – was intelligent, engaging, and genuinely interesting. I have had the opportunity to work alongside seasoned consultants and industry veterans who are always willing to answer questions, share their expertise, and mentor junior practitioners.”
What I Like About Pace Harmon
“I like working at an entrepreneurial firm that empowers all practitioners to make a meaningful impact during client engagements while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success. Our practitioners are encouraged to work on business development activities and practice operations that align with their interests and abilities. I’ve enjoyed learning about and participating in different areas of our firm’s operations -- particularly recruiting, training, and employee development."
The Kind of Work I Do
"While the work that I do varies by client and project, all of my work is highly analytical and intended to drive a solution to a problem. At my most recent client, I worked across the sourcing transaction lifecycle to conduct market analyses, facilitate client interviews, build financial comparison models, review supplier proposals, and ultimately support negotiations and contracting. Outside of client engagements, I enjoy participating in the firm’s recruiting process and developing tools and databases that support client delivery."
