Why I Joined Pace Harmon
"I knew I wanted to pursue a career in consulting because of the broad exposure and challenging projects it has to offer. Choosing the right firm for me depended on the people and the skills I would learn. Pace Harmon stood out because of its highly intelligent, relatable practitioners and the amount of responsibility Analysts and Associates are given. As someone looking to grow their skills at a fast pace, Pace Harmon is the perfect fit.”
What I Like About Pace Harmon
“Managers are genuinely interested in growing your career. They take the time to answer your questions, share their experiences, and demonstrate how to bring true value to your client. I am constantly pushed to learn more, produce top quality work, and interface with our clients’ senior executives. You really feel like you own the project and it’s never a clock-in, clock-out type of day."
The Kind of Work I Do
"As an analyst, my work varies between analyzing data, developing financial forecasts, and helping manage vendors. In my most recent engagement, I built client deliverables such as process flows, project plans, and infrastructure analysis. Outside of my client work, I enjoy participating in campus recruiting and Pace Harmon’s Women’s Initiative Network."
