What I Like About Pace Harmon

“Pace Harmon, as a boutique, has offered me the opportunity to go above and beyond the traditional roles and responsibilities analysts fulfill at larger consulting firms. I’ve had the opportunity to not just own client deliverables but also develop business for the firm, something an analyst would seldom do at a larger consulting firm. The opportunity to know everyone at the firm (due to its size) not just professionally, but personally, is also a unique value proposition to develop close friendships and networks.”

The Kind of Work I Do

“Driving the analysis – numerical or otherwise – that recommendations are based on is the main job of the analyst. This not only means producing quality analysis, but also taking a step back and questioning results. Ownership of the analysis translates into ownership of communication with the client, which is a huge responsibility for someone who is a recent college graduate.”

About My Colleagues

“My colleagues are among the smartest problem solvers and thinkers one can work with, yet everyone has the humility and willingness to learn about areas outside their expertise, and take the time to teach one another. Pace Harmonites have several interests outside work, which makes folks a lot of fun to hang out with socially.”
