Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"I joined Pace Harmon because I felt that the future of business is heavily dependent upon firms actively managing the evolving technology landscape. I believe that Pace Harmon is one of a few firms that understands the importance of utilizing technology to create operational excellence.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“I like the collaborative environment at Pace Harmon, where every team member contributes and works together to create the highest quality outcomes for our clients. Additionally, when collaborating together, the opportunities to learn from senior practitioners are phenomenal. Senior practitioners are always accessible and actively reach out to ensure that I am comfortable and confident in what the team is doing."

The Kind of Work I Do

"As an analyst, my work is heavily dependent on the phase of a project. In my most recent engagement, I helped build and refine client deliverables (which ranged from a presentation to contractual documents), facilitated workshops, and performed qualitative and quantitative analyses. The wide scope of work that analysts do really helps develop a useful skillset that is applicable across client engagements and industries. When not actively working on a client engagement, I help with Pace Harmon’s recruiting efforts and help plan activities for the Chicago office."
