p_paulWilliam joined Pace Harmon’s Tysons Corner office after graduating from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Marketing. At Penn, he served on the executive board of a student-run credit union and helped found a club for musicians and creatives. Since joining Pace Harmon, William has supported sourcing transactions for clients in the financial services, engineering and publishing sectors. In his free time, William’s wanderlust induces him to travel as often as possible.

"I specialize in leveraging quantitative analysis to evaluate strategic sourcing and supplier options and recommend tailored, large-scale solutions. I help clients optimize their technology spend by measuring, benchmarking, developing strategies, and negotiating outcomes with critical third-party vendors. As a specialist within Pace Harmon’s enterprise software service line, I apply this methodology to software spend analysis and optimization. In support of clients undergoing organizational transformation, I apply a reasoned and structured approach to designing lean processes, measuring their efficacy, and implementing them within organizations."
