Why I Joined Pace Harmon

“Two factors played a significant role in my decision to join Pace Harmon. The first was the people: It was easy to see the people at Pace Harmon are friendly and genuine, starting from as early as my first-round interview. The second factor was the ability to gain client visibility early in your career. Due to the small team sizes, you get to take on greater responsibility and ownership of your work earlier than in any other opportunity in consulting.”

What I Like About Pace Harmon

“The sense of support truly resonates at Pace Harmon – during my first weeks at work, everyone from analysts to managing directors urged me to reach out to them whenever I needed. The small size of the firm offers both great potential for growth, and easy access to experts. You both get to take on greater responsibility sooner, and you get to interact with senior management at the firm on a day-to-day basis.”

The Kind of Work I Do

“Each project is different. In my current project, I am analyzing ways that our client, a multinational telecom company that offers IT services, can eliminate sources of cost that are no longer utilized. This requires extensive data analysis, drawing from numerous databases across the client’s organization, and presenting the findings in a digestible manner. Further steps include laying out a roadmap of additional cost reduction regimes based on potential changes to the company’s IT infrastructure.”
