Pace Harmon will be participating in university-sponsored career fairs and on-campus interviews during the fall of 2007 at the following schools: Georgetown University, Princeton University, Stanford University, University of California - Berkeley, University of Maryland, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Virginia.

Undergraduates joining Pace Harmon enter at the Analyst level. Analysts perform a variety of consulting functions, including:

  • Interfacing with clients day-to-day
  • Performing detailed data and business process analysis
  • Preparing presentations for client senior management
  • Researching, conducting creative analysis, synthesizing, and reporting on business issues
  • Participating in client meetings and working sessions
  • Generating requests for proposals, assess vendors, and program manage implementation of new services
  • Evaluating client telecomm infrastructures and recommend sourcing approaches
  • Evaluating client supply chain processes and systems to generate improvement recommendations
  • Assisting the program management of critical IT transformation initiatives
  • Developing operational and technical implementation plans
  • Contributing to the development of proposals for new projects

Analysts should possess the ability to function in a team environment and work collaboratively with many levels of staff and client personnel. Analysts are expected to quickly grow within the firm to assume additional client facing and business development responsibilities.
