Practitioner Profiles
Alexa, Associate
Alexa has over six years of experience in IT systems implementation and integration, with special focus on Siebel CRM and business process improvement. She has provided expertise at every phase of the system development life cycle, including design and development of user interfaces and business processes for end users, and architecting processes for integrating CRM, order management, provisioning and billing systems, and legacy systems through middleware applications. As a Six Sigma Black Belt with Top Secret/SCI clearance, she has supported various clients in the US Intelligence Community such as the FBI, NCIS, DIA, and NGA and spearheaded projects to improve the overall quality of technical and contractual deliverables. She has helped organizations achieve Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI®) Level 5 and served as a CMMI® internal appraiser for several projects. Alexa also has experience in building Program Management Offices (PMOs) from the ground up and is skilled in the areas of project estimation, scope management, work breakdown structure, resource planning, project reporting and change control, risk identification, mitigation planning and issue management. Her experience includes extensive international work, assisting clients in the U.K., Germany, Spain, Japan and Singapore. Prior to joining Pace Harmon, Alexa worked for Deloitte Consulting and Northrop Grumman. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, Management Information Systems.
