 Annie, Associate
Annie joined Pace Harmon as an Analyst in 2006, upon completing a year abroad studying French in Paris. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Chemistry and coursework from Wharton. Annie has extensive international exposure—having lived in six countries—and is business fluent in French and Mandarin Chinese. She is also knowledgeable in Spanish, Bengali, Hindi and Cantonese. During her tenure at Pace Harmon, Annie has lent her expertise to a wide variety of projects, such as designing and implementing corporate IT processes for a telecommunications start-up, and most recently, helping a recently divested global healthcare company outsource its finance and accounting operations to an offshore provider. During her last project, she traveled to Belgium, France and India to work with both the outsourcer and client, where she leveraged her vast language skills to conduct business in multiple local languages.

A Typical Day at Pace Harmon
"There is no typical day, but there are some typical attributes. We are always collaborating with others and working in a team environment. We are constantly interfacing with clients and are thrust into situations that challenge us and encourage us to learn something new. That said, we are always surrounded by a supportive team and the greater Pace Harmon family, which is always there to provide insights and guidance or simply act as a sounding board for new ideas. Pace Harmon is the kind of place where those who like to take initiative, are able to learn quickly, and happily dive into new challenges, will thrive."
