What I Like About Pace Harmon
"Because of its smaller size, Pace Harmon is organizationally more nimble, has greater flexibility, and is able to more quickly respond to client needs than other organizations with whom I have worked. Information flows quickly and bi-weekly staff meetings ensure that all employees are informed about the current projects, recruiting, and practice operations. The employees are encouraged to take part in developing the firm into the type of firm they would like it to be."

A Typical Day at Pace Harmon
"A typical day at Pace Harmon will differ by person and by client engagement. However, one thing that will be consistent is that you are given the opportunity to leverage your past experiences to help your current client solve their problems. Working at Pace Harmon allows you to interact daily with a group of motivated, knowledgeable people who are results driven, seeking to make things happen with and for the client."

About My Colleagues
"Pace Harmon consists of a variety of individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and interests. Sharp, dedicated, quick to learn, collegial, team-oriented, and professional are some of the terms that I would use to describe my colleagues. Collectively, we take our work seriously, but we also know how to have fun."
