Craig is a highly adaptable leader with close to 30 years of business experience across multiple lines of business with specialization in information systems, portfolio and project management. Prior to joining Pace Harmon, he was the Vice President of Information Technology (CIO role) for the Printed Products Division of the John H. Harland Company, one of the largest check printers in the country. He was responsible for driving key technology initiatives and strategies while sustaining the operations and technology infrastructure for this billion dollar plus business. Craig gained extensive experience in multiple technologies while working for global clients as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive experience in the full lifecycle development and global deployment of products/systems and in solution support for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Notable achievements include the fastest ever implementation and integration of Siebel Call Center (4.5 weeks), the first exclusively off-shore development and test of a Siebel CRM, Oracle ERP and TIBCO middleware project by Deloitte, and its global deployment to 5,000 users in 37 countries for all lines of business and all customers while maintaining 100% business continuity. Prior to joining Deloitte he spent 22 years in technical, commercial and procurement Executive positions within the Military Aircraft Division of British Aerospace (now BAE Systems). Craig was educated in the UK at the University of Central Lancashire and holds the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. He re-located to the USA in 1997.
