Shaun has over 10 years of experience in acquisitions and turn-arounds, finance, due diligence, and structuring deals. He has helped arrange a wide range of complex, innovative private equity and debt financings, both for international and domestic transactions. In addition, he has over 14 years of experience with infrastructure management, technology outsourcing and procurement contracts. Shaun lived in Singapore and Indonesia for 5 years working for an investment bank covering the Indonesian stock exchange and helping a private equity fund to manage their SE Asian investments. Shaun and his family miss the food and the friends they left behind, but look forward to visiting. Shaun has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
