Recruiting Process

Pace Harmon aims to provide interested candidates with a recruiting process that is focused on each candidate’s skills and experiences.

Overall fit with our team is very important, so applicants should expect to meet many of our dynamic and accomplished consultants throughout the interview process.

After you apply to Pace Harmon and if there seems to be an alignment with our current and future needs, our recruiting team will contact you to set up an initial phone screen. Assuming the phone conversation is mutually beneficial, we will set up additional phone calls before ultimately bringing you in for a series of in person interviews.

For our Associate candidates, you will typically meet three to four Pace Harmon consultants who will ask you about your professional experience and what you would like from your next career move. You may also receive a business case as part of this process.

For candidates at the Principal and Senior Associate stages, you may have several interviewing days to allow you to meet a variety of practitioners from across the firm. From these conversations, we want to understand your subject matter expertise, project management experience, client readiness, leadership capabilities and eminence in the marketplace.
