Why I Joined Pace Harmon

“When I graduated from business school, I was excited to find a firm that offered a collegial work environment, as well as the analytical challenges one would expect to find at a world-class management consultancy.

While I enjoyed my experience at a large consulting firm, I was motivated to join a company that espoused an entrepreneurial spirit and provided the opportunity for accelerated growth.”

What I Like about Pace Harmon

“The people at Pace Harmon are the highest caliber of consultants I have encountered in my professional career. As a result of this, I see a steady stream of meaningful, high-impact work with exciting clients.

Because of the size of the firm, I receive face-to-face direction from highly experienced and knowledgeable consultants who are personally invested in my success.”

The Kind of Work I Do

“My work allows me to serve clients at every interval in the lifecycle of a sourcing agreement. I review supplier proposals and develop master service agreements to ensure that our clients commercialize deals in a way that serves their business needs. I develop business cases and financial models that advise sourcing decisions such as whether or not to outsource and/or which supplier to choose. My projects often involve an operational component of defining business processes and requirements.

The work is challenging and constantly changing, which I find to be incredibly rewarding.”
