Why I Joined Pace Harmon
“I joined Pace Harmon because I wanted to leverage my sourcing and financial background at a boutique firm where I could lead client engagement and be an integral part of a high groth organization.
During the interview process, I knew right away that this was the type of company I was looking for – a well-run, profitable company with experienced, down-to-earth associates working together in a stimulating and thought-provoking environment. It is refreshing to be part of a company where all of our associates, regardless of job title, have a ’roll up your sleeves‘ attitude in helping to ensure our client work and firm initiatives are successful.”
What I Like about Pace Harmon
“It is rewarding and exciting to work on projects with team members with advanced degrees, significant work experience and practical know-how that enable us to drive real financial and operational benefits.
I feel very fortunate to be working for a company with such great growth prospects. Since I joined Pace Harmon, we have expanded and added offices in Chicago and San Francisco. In addition to my client work, being part of the recruiting process affords me the opportunity to help build the firm, shape its culture, and share my experiences.”
