Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"After transitioning from the military I wanted to start an intellectually stimulating career where I would have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues. After learning more about Pace Harmon, I realized that it would provide the type of challenge I desired. I was also attracted to the idea of working for a smaller consulting firm that would allow me to have an immediate impact on projects and provide me the opportunity to directly interface with clients at a senior level."

What I Like about Pace Harmon

“In addition to client work, I am also involved in Pace Harmon’s military recruiting efforts, which affords me the opportunity to help grow the veteran presence within the firm. I appreciate that Pace Harmon recognizes the value that transitioning servicemen and women bring to the civilian workforce."

The Kind of Work I Do

“Since joining Pace Harmon I have worked on a project for a large private equity firm. In this capacity, I support a program management office that is focused on identifying savings opportunities for portfolio companies as well as promoting best practices across the portfolio. Specifically, I am responsible for tracking savings data for all participating portfolio companies. I am also involved in collecting and interpreting multiple data sets to identify saving opportunities.”
