Why I Joined Pace Harmon

"I joined Pace Harmon because I wanted to work at a company where a) my talents would be fully utilized on projects that I had a choice in working on, b) my colleagues would be among the smartest and quickest in the industry, but without the egotism I saw at larger firms, and c) I could play a role in building a new company and brand. I have not been disappointed in this regard."

What I Like About Pace Harmon

"Joining Pace Harmon has helped me meet my career goals because the company provides many opportunities to try something new and work on projects outside of my comfort zone, which broadens my skill set and eventually affords me new responsibilities. In addition, every employee at Pace Harmon is expected to help build the practice, and this means not just doing similar engagements over and over again, but finding creative ways to identify new clients, meet client needs, and build new service lines. The entrepreneurial spirit is strong at Pace Harmon."

The Kind of Work I Do

“I love that the kind of I work I do is constantly changing. My day depends on what client project I am working on, where in the project lifecycle we are, and what extra projects I am leading. On any given day I could be working to develop a detailed financial analysis with ROI, creating a presentation for senior executives regarding expected cost savings and expanded functionality related to a multi-million dollar IT procurement, or identifying community service activities that Pace Harmon will sponsor and in which employees will participate."
