Why I Joined Pace Harmon
"I joined Pace Harmon because of the people. What led me to Pace Harmon was my desire to continue working in the outsourcing advisory field. What sealed the deal for me was that each person that I had spoken to and met during the hiring process was someone I could imagine working with on a successful team."
What I Like about Pace Harmon
“I like the professional and collaborative spirit of the firm. Being a small firm, there is nowhere to be overlooked and no absence of opportunities to contribute. There is always a colleague with more capability or more experience to learn from, and there are always opportunities for me to share my unique set of capabilities and experiences."
The Kind of Work I Do
“The kind of work I do is to advise our clients on making informed outsourcing decisions that directly impact their performance. This includes performing assessments of whether outsourcing is the right thing to do, recommending the appropriate outsourcing scope to balance benefit and risk, and advising the client to select the service provider with the “best fit” for our client’s objectives, constraints and challenges.”
