Working from home is even more challenging in India where laptops are not as common and many outsourcing agreements are structured for the work to be completed on campuses with significant physical and logical security protections. However, Rutchik said, "India is still the premier offshore location. I think it will be going forward. Companies will put capabilities in place so future business continuity and disaster recovery plans make room for pandemic concerns."
